If you make enquiries by e-mail or phone, the data you provide for responding to your enquiry will be stored in our customer management system. We do this to perform our public tasks as per Article 6 (1) point (e) of GDPR in conjunction with Section 3 of BDSG. If an enquiry is chargeable you will be notified by e-mail. This e-mail will not be sent if in particular cases your request already includes a specific order with the necessary parts of the contract. Processing is then based on Article 6 (1) point (b) of GDPR. You are also entitled to the relevant rights listed below.Passing on personal data to third parties
Log data that are generated when the website of the Federal Statistical Office is accessed will be passed on to third parties only if we are required to do so by law or court decision or where such transmission is needed for law enforcement and criminal prosecution purposes in the event of attacks on our internet infrastructure.
